RENTAL REGISTRATION:

• Rings may be rented in 30 or 60-minute blocks of time.

• Available ring rental times will be listed on our class registration page.

• Registration must be submitted for ring rentals. Payment must be made at time of registration.

• If you anticipate booking recurring ring rentals we recommend creating an account. This will save your information for your next registration so you do not have to enter it again!

• Ring rental dates/times will be available on the website up until 6 hours prior to the scheduled rental day/time.

• Registrations for ring rentals may be cancelled up until 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Refunds will be issued minus the credit card fee charged at time of registration.

• If you would like to rent the ring(s) for a special event, please contact us!

ARRIVAL:

• Owners are responsible for arriving on time for their scheduled rental appointment, late arrivals will forfeit the time they missed, no extensions of rental time will be provided.

• The entrance door is kept locked for the safety of our students attending classes. Please wait outside until the door is opened and the previous class exits the building.

• Owners should be prepared to exit the building at the end of their scheduled rental so that the next class or scheduled ring rental may begin on time.

BATHROOM:

• There are outdoor green spaces for dogs to potty.

• Try to allow yourself a few extra minutes before your rental time to allow your dog to do their business before entering the building.

• If you need to take your dog out for a potty break during your rental time, please make sure you are respectful of other dog’s space as you move through the building.

• We rent our space and want to make sure we keep it tidy for other building visitors so PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR DOG(S).

• There are garbage cans outside the building where you can dispose of any waste.

• There are restrooms down the hall past our office if you need to access them during your visit.

CLEANUP:

• Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dog(s) during their rental times.

• Owners should come prepared with their own poop bags, in the event that you forget bags or run out of bags, we have spare bags available for your use. Poop bags should be thrown in the garbage cans directly outside the entrance door, please do not toss them in the indoor garbage cans.

• We understand that accidents do happen, please help us keep our facility clean for all students. A mop and disinfectant spray are available for cleanup.

• Please try to leave the ring in the same condition you found it.

SAFETY:

• Owners must review and acknowledge our waiver prior to scheduling a ring rental.

• Ring rental times are not strictly supervised by our team, owners are responsible for supervising their dogs during their rental time.

• Owners should be aware that there may be other owners/dogs in the building during their rental time. Please provide space to fellow owners/dogs when moving through the building.

RING USE:

• Owners may choose to share ring time with other owners and their dogs for training or play time; Owners are responsible for supervising any dog/dog interactions during their rental time.

• Ring rentals include the use of agility equipment as set up in the designated ring. Ring 1 includes a full course with jumps, contact equipment, tunnels and weave poles (may include teeter). Ring 2 can include an alternate course with tunnels, jumps, hoops, and weave poles upon request. Otherwise, Ring 2 is an open space that can be utilized for training and/or play.

• Agility courses are set for weekly classes, please do not rearrange the cones or equipment during your rental time.

REACTIVE DOGS:

• We are reactive dog friendly! We do often have classes or other ring rentals running at the same time, so let us know if you are interested in renting the ring for your reactive dog so we may accommodate you. At time of registration, we do ask if your dog is reactive so that in the event that something else is scheduled in the building at the same time, we can coordinate a better time for you and your dog to have the space all to yourselves!

CANCELLATIONS:

• Ring rental reservations must be cancelled 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment in order for the option to reschedule your rental day and time. Rental reservations cancelled with less than 48 hour notice or no call/no shows will forfeit the fee for their rental reservation and lose the option to reschedule. Cancellations due to inclement weather may be rescheduled.

DISCLAIMER:

• We do not recommend the use of Agility equipment for dog’s and owners who have not attended Agility training classes. Dog’s should be acclimated to contact equipment and owner’s educated for proper use and safety. Use of equipment without proper training can result in unsafe practice and injury.
