PUPPY PROGRAM PROMOTION:

We know that puppyhood can be challenging, and just wait until adolescence! With busy schedules and a lot of responsibilities, it can be difficult to meet all of your puppy's needs, our certified professional trainers are here to help. We are now offering a specially designed puppy day school program to all of our puppy students. ELIGIBILITY:

Puppies enrolled in Puppies Unleashed and/or Puppy Preschool (previously or currently) are eligible to participate in this promotion until one year of age.

REGISTRATION:

To participate, contact the office at supernovadogs@outlook.com or 716-573-5042 with your name, your puppy’s name, date of registration in puppy class, and your puppy’s date of birth. You will be issued a promotional code for registration (purchase of a package) which will expire on your dog’s first birthday. This code will be applicable for all of our day school packages. To register, visit our registration page to select your day school package, add to cart, and apply the coupon code before submitting payment. Once your package has been purchased, you will be able to schedule your school days.

SCHOOL DAYS:

Day school is offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays as half or full days.  Day school hours: Full day 8:00am - 4:00pm; Half day 8:00am - 12:00pm. Morning drop off is from 7:30am - 8:00am, Half day pick up is from 12:00 -12:30pm, Afternoon pick up is from 4:00 - 4:30pm. Contact us if you need flexibility within these hours!

ATTENDANCE:

We schedule our training staff based on the number of dogs with school reservations so if you will not be able to attend a class with valid reason (dog illness, injury, or exigent circumstances), the program coordinator must be notified as soon as possible. Dogs who are coughing or have severe diarrhea are required to be kept home. Absences with valid reason (medical/illness) are eligible for rescheduling their missed school day. No Call, No Shows are NOT eligible for rescheduling; no communication with your instructor prior to the school day is considered a forfeit of that day’s class. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to a conflict (non emergency/medical), appointments must be changed at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled school day. After that time, any changes to your schedule must be requested through the office and your day may be forfeited with late notice given for non emergency/medical cancellations).

VACCINATIONS:

We require your dog to be up to date (appropriately for their age) on rabies, distemper, and parvo (titers are accepted). We highly recommend kennel cough vaccinations, but they are not required.

SPAY/NEUTER:

It is not required that your dog be spayed or neutered to attend day school but it may limit their ability to fully participate in socialization activities. If they are getting spayed/neutered, it is required to take two weeks off from school after the spay/neuter date for recovery.

CANCELLATIONS:

Our day school program coordinator will notify students by text message if school is canceled (due to low enrollment, weather, sickness, or other exigent circumstances). All appointments for that day will be cancelled by the office so students can reschedule for another available day.

REFUND POLICY:

If unforeseen circumstances occur that make it impossible for you to complete the program you registered for, please contact us to discuss your options. Any refunds will be for the package cost only, not inclusive of the cc fee and are subject to a $25 processing fee. If you cancel an appointment, refunds are not automatically generated, you must contact the office regarding your cancellation to receive a refund.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL:

Should a behavior issue arise which poses a safety risk to our trainers or the other dogs attending day school, we will speak to you regarding alternate training options to address the issue. If we are unable to provide an alternative training option, you will be eligible for a refund of any remaining school days on your purchased package.
