Stephanie Farnham

Stephanie has her Bachelors of Science degree in animal behavior, ecology and conservation with minors in anthrozoology, zoo biology, psychology and business from Canisius College. She has done internships at the buffalo zoo in the marine mammals department, a local dog daycare and the behavior department at the Erie county SPCA. The internship turned into a job in the behavior department, where her duties at the included doing behavior consults, meet and greets, behavior modification, enrichment and evaluations of shelter dogs as well as puppy classes. She particularly enjoyed working with the more fearful dogs. She also worked as a vet assistant at Brighton eggert vet clinic.

She currently spends her free time working with her two rescue dogs Quinn and Luna. They currently train and compete in Nosework, agility, barn hunt and fast cat. Quinn is a puppy mill rescue who has his AKC CGC and his NW2 and his level 2 element titles in nosework. Luna has her AKC CGC, ORT in Nosework. In NADAC agility she has her Novice titles in regular, chances, weavers as well as her Open title in grounders and her Elite title in tunnelers. In barn hunt she has RATS or senior title in barn hunt. She also has her Bcat in fast cat.

Stephanie enjoys helping creating a fun partnership between dogs and their people.
