Kimberly began her dog training journey 12+ years ago, helping rescue dogs settle into their forever homes. As Kimberly's journey progressed, she found passion in all things dog behavior. Knowing how unregulated the dog training industry is, she wanted to stand out and give her clients the best there was available.
Kimberly became a member of the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants (IAABC) to help her fulfill her education. Kimberly's credentials include: Associate Certified Behavior Consultant (ACDBC) & Accredited Dog Trainer (ADT) with the IAABC.
Additionally, Kimberly recently became a Certified Family Dog Mediator; a course that took a deep dive into all things that make up our dogs (Learning, Environment, Genetics, & Self). With this certification Kimberly, along with others, is making waves in the dog training industry, bringing us together for the good of our dogs.
Kimberly is committed to providing the most humane and effective solutions to her clients' dog training & behavior needs. She avidly pursues ongoing continuing education and professional development by attending several seminars a year and keeping current on all industry literature. More recently, completing Aggression in Dogs Master Course, Family Dog Mediation course, & Separation Anxiety online courses.
When Kimberly is not helping clients to enjoy easier lives with their canine companions, she enjoys spending time with her family, her dogs and her hobby farm (chickens, turkeys, goats, OH MY!)
